Go Assessment Administrative Support in SelectionDescription
This report combines a battery of assessments and the power of mathematical algorithms to provide a global picture of key competencies for an administrative support role (for example, administration, secretarial services, reception, data entry), in a selection context.
A cognitive test, two personality inventories and an aptitude test are used to identify the assessed individual’s strengths and areas for improvement on a set of key competencies for the position in question. An overall score is offered to indicate the individual's fit for the chosen job position; using the key competencies evaluated, it compares the individual's results to an expected profile for the job position.
The report also provides customized interview questions based on results and advice that fosters the selected candidate’s rapid onboarding. A candidate report with a set of development tips can also be provided to the assessed individual.

D-TECK set itself the challenge of making the science of assessment universally available to companies that want to work autonomously… no exceptions. So we had to find a way to provide a complete precise and reliable assessment at a lower cost. The solution? We replicated the judgement of skill and performance assessment experts using mathematical algorithms.
→ We started by analyzing critical skills for each position using the scientific literature.
→ Then we combined HR analytics and big data to create mathematical algorithms.
