This report combines a battery of assessments and the power of mathematical algorithms to provide a global picture of key competences for a project management role (for example, project manager, project leader) in a development context (for example, internal promotion, training, succession planning).
A cognitive test, a management aptitude test, three personality inventories and a questionnaire for propensity for development are used to identify the assessed individual’s strengths and areas for improvement on a set of key competencies for the position in question. An overall score is offered to indicate the individual's fit for the chosen job position; using the key competencies evaluated, it compares the individual's results to an expected profile for the job position.
The report also provides customized development advice based on results. A candidate report with a set of development tips can also be provided to the assessed individual.
