WHAT IS D-TECK'S MISSION?

 

D-TECK assists organizations in maximizing team and individual performance potential, by leading the science of psychometric assessments and making it universally more accessible and effective. Our team of organizational psychologists combines reputable assessments and HRTech tools from top suppliers around the world with big data and algorithms that replicate I/O psychologists’ judgment, all under one roof, to help business leaders easily make autonomous, data-driven and informed HR decisions.

 

OUR PROJECTS IN DEVELOPMENT

 

In order to allow the assessment of a wider range of competencies, our dedicated multidisciplinary team is pursuing research and development efforts. Combining our expertise in psychometrics, data science and information technology, we are working to develop predictive models using artificial intelligence (machine learning models) in addition to investing efforts in the development of a technological platform that will :

    As President of D‑TECK, Mr. Cloutier sets the company vision and coordinates its execution. He is the cofounder of D‑TECK, and his mission is to reinvent online psychometric tests. An organizational psychologist by training, his approach combines artificial intelligence with organizational psychology to help clients make better decisions about hiring, promotions and development.

    Genevieve Leblanc

    As a Measure and Assessment Leader at D‑TECK, organizational psychologist Ms. Leblanc is responsible for strategic product vision, research and development and product portfolio management. A founding member of D‑TECK, her mission is to create talent assessment solutions that simplify, accelerate and improve decision-making based on a scientific, rigorous approach that combines the power of algorithms with organizational psychology.

    As Product Manager at D‑TECK, Ms. Leblanc is responsible for the strategic vision for products, research and development and managing the product portfolio. A founding member of D‑TECK, her mission is to create talent assessment solutions that simplify, accelerate and improve decision making based on a scientific, rigorous approach.     As Content Development Expert, organizational psychologist Ms. Foucreault has a hand in developing online assessment solutions and implementing them with our clients. Combining the power of algorithms with organizational psychology, she helps democratize psychometrics by enabling small, medium and large companies to base their assessment decisions on empirical data. Her efforts aim to improve her clients’ organizational performance by supporting them in selecting and managing talent.

    As an organizational psychology consultant, Ms. Foucreault has a hand in developing online assessment solutions and implementing them with our clients.     As a Senior Assessment and Measurement Expert at D-TECK, Ms. Zarac is an organizational psychologist whose work primarily involves leadership assessment and development. With over a decade of experience, her expertise includes performing potential appraisals, working alongside her clients in the design of personal development plans, putting together and facilitating training programs and workshops as well as coaching individuals. In addition to specializing in conducting leadership development workshops, she has developed an expertise in training HR professionals on topics such as personality assessment, delivering impactful feedback, interviewing skills, and competency-based methodologies.
