D-TECK set itself the challenge of making the science of assessment universally available to companies that want to work autonomously… no exceptions. So we had to find a way to provide a complete, precise and reliable assessment, at a lower cost. The solution? We replicated the judgement of skill and performance assessment experts using mathematical algorithms.


→ We started by analyzing critical skills for each position using the scientific literature

  • Research conducted with many clients
  • A multitude of data from thousands of assessments generated by organizational psychologists and other assessment experts
  • A scientific literature review

→ Then we combined HR analytics and big data to create mathematical algorithms through:

  • Advanced statistical analyses of hundreds of thousands of pieces of data from potential assessments
  • Qualitative analyses using the Delphi method, conducted by senior experts in assessment

Our assessment process

Taken on its own, each psychometric test offers an incomplete picture of a person. Our experts have combined these tests to obtain a 360-degree view, providing a reliable, complete portrait of a person’s strengths and areas for vigilance .

To do this, we identified the best tests in the world and formed partnerships with their creators. These tests are combined with algorithms, making it possible to replicate the judgement of assessment experts with virtually a 100% success rate!

Ask a candidate to complete an assessment. Once that person completes the tests and questionnaires, you will automatically receive an integrated report by email. It clearly presents results, allowing you to see at a glance whether a candidate’s profile fits with a position, by giving you a clear picture of the skills of the person assessed.

As Product Manager at D-Teck, Ms. Tremblay is responsible for the strategic vision for products, research and development and managing the product portfolio. A founding member of D-Teck, her mission is to create talent assessment solutions that simplify, accelerate and improve decision making based on a scientific, rigorous approach.
