This tool measures an individual’s general cognitive abilities, i.e. their ability to solve complex problems, draw logical conclusions and grasp new information. It can be used for jobs that require the ability to understand and quickly assimilate new, abstract information. The assessed individual must identify the connection between the figures presented and determine the next logical step to find the missing figure that completes the pattern. The Adaptive Matrigma is based on the same psychometric properties as the Matrigma – Classic. To enhance candidates’ experience and promote their engagement in the selection process, the short version of the Matrigma uses the power of algorithms to adapt question difficulty to the answers provided. This reduces the test’s duration from 40 minutes to 12, without compromising its accuracy.

It clearly presents results allowing you to see at a glance whether a candidate’s profile fits with a position by giving you a clear picture of the skills of the person assessed.
