The assessment is a simulation of various situations that may be faced by individuals occupying roles in customer contact environments. These simulations include: telephone inquiries and providing information, order taking, problem solving (product and service issues), assessment of responses to difficult or irate clients, ability for the individual to efficiently navigate and view customer account with simultaneously open applications and accurately and quickly enter data.
